the bookclub settles cosily in a bohemian middle ground straddled on either side by pretension & carelessness. our cocktails side handsomely with the best & our wine list is compact (red or white & occasionally rose) but darn it they’re excellent tipples.
the hillhead bookclub promotes safe drinking and will not tolerate rowdy loutish behaviour. even if this may an outrageous case of the pot calling the kettle black. stay safe people.

2. Approach the station with your spirit:-
add your juice of choice, add your spice and seasoning then finish with your choice of garnish
3. Take a quick snap of your creation
4. REPEAT!
